     Kilgreany Caves
Ballinamintra Bone cave as it is commonly known, is situated on a limestone scrap south of Cappagh. In addition to fauna, they discovered, Irish giant deer, bear and reindeer. They also found a lot of human bones and artefacts. When they examined the bones more clearly it appeared that many of the giant Irish deer and bear bones were split by human aid. Also recorded from the site were bird bones and mollusks. In 1928 the University of Bristol Speleological (a person who studies caves) Society's work in this area, included another examination of the Ballinamintra deposits and to the list of fauna remains already discovered they added the arctic fox. Specific articles were also found: a bone owl, portion of a bone harpoon, a stone axe and a bone chisel. This cave became famous from the discussions caused by the finds themselves. The cave was first dug out in 1928 yielding two skeletons apparently associated with Pleistocene fauna.
