WATERFORD COUNTY FINAL RUNNING

Last Friday I went to see Lucia Evans.  I went with my sister Rachel, two of my friends Emily and Teresa, Rachel’s two friends Lara and Saoirse. Lucia was going to be in Heartbeat City at one o'clock. First she was having a smoothie in Zomo. Then it was one o’clock. We weren’t far back in the line. When it was my turn in the line I got an autograph saying To Aisling love Lucia x. When we all had an autograph we had a photograph with Lucia. There was one for all of us and one for the Lucia Evans website. When they took the photo I blinked.

For my Easter holidays me and my family went to Wexford and stayed in the Ferrycarrig Hotel. We woke up early in the morning. When we were in the car I was getting so excited. When we got there my mom checked in with reception. There was a big river very near to the hotel. They said you could see it from your room. First we checked the Babysclub for my little sister Ellen. Then we checked out the Crazyclub for me and my sister Rachel. Then we had dinner. After that we went into our room. We had a lovely view of the sea. Rachel and I slept in a bunkbed. We had something good too. We had the best view of television. We were watching television for half an hour. They have sky tv that we don’t have. On the way home I threw a sealed bottle over Wexford Bridge with a note inside it, with my name, county and my country. Maybe someday someone will find it.

Homer is fat and lazy. He’ll eat all the food you give him. He is very stupid. He work’s at the Power Plant, he does nothing at work but eat and sleep. He has just two hairs on the top of his head. When something goes wrong he says doh. Marge has big blue hair. She wears a long green dress. She shops at the kwikmart. She wears red shoes and a red pearl necklace. Bart plays pranks on people. He has a friend called Millhouse. He has a skateboard. Lisa plays the saxophone. She is very very smart. She wears an orange dress. Maggie is a baby. All she does is suck her dummy. She wears a blue bow and a blue suit.

The Three Little Pigs and Little Red Hen

Once there were three little pigs. When they got bigger their mam told them they had to go and build their own houses.

But if you hear or see hens, run for your lives.

Why? Said the three little pigs.

Mammy pig said: Do you think the hens are working all the time? If you do, you are wrong. They are axe murderers.

They set off down the road. On the way they met a cow. She told them to watch out for the little red hen and her gang. Then the cow ran up the field. The three pigs set up camp for the night. During the night they heard a squawking sound. They went up beside each other and went asleep. In the morning, when the pigs woke up, they were surrounded by hens. They had axes. The three pigs ducked. The hens got killed. The little red hen escaped and she was plotting a new plan.
